Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (including but not limited to false nails, adhesives, and nail accessories), we can only accept returns if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). You are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item:
- Is faulty or damaged on arrival,
- Is not as described,
- Does not meet acceptable quality standards.
❌ We cannot accept returns if:
- The item has been opened or used,
- You simply change your mind.
